As the sole owner and employee of Housing Agency Procurement Assistance, a privately-owned sole proprietorship, I hereby state that I reserve the right to, at my sole discretion, and as I may deem to be in my best interests:

(1) Not allow any person at any time access to my no-charge website, procurementassistance.org (my website is a privately-owned site of my own creation, so I therefore have the right to control who enters and utilizes my site); and,

(2) To not share directly any of my forms, documents, and/or sample competitive solicitations (any forms that I create for a housing agency are the property of that housing agency, and can be shared by that Agency at will, but I am not compelled to share those documents); and,

(3) To reject at any time any application to attend the seminars that I may host if I believe that doing such is in my best interests (as these events are private invitation-only events, but any such invitation may be recalled at any time at my sole discretion).
